Thilman von Brembdt, Schultheiß zu Nürnberg beurkundet, daß Cuntz Pflugrichter d. Ält. vom Fronhof eine Gilt aus dem Halbhof “dem Tuttlhof” zu Fronhof (Mitbesitzer: Fritz Ruempler und Cuntz Pflugrichter) dem Hl. Geist Spital zu Nürnberg (Spitalmeister: Caspar Korn) verkauft haben.
