Jakob, Kustos von St. Peter, verleiht einen Garten zu Budenheim ("Budenheym") gen. "ortus Custodis" zu Erbrecht den Eheleuten Arnoldus und Petrissa zu Budenheim ("Budenheym"). Zins 6 Schillinge Kölner Pfennige und 2 Kappen an Martini oder binnen 14 Tage danach. Zinsversäumnisklausel. S.: Erbelo, Amtmann des Propstes von St. Peter. "1305 in die beati Nicolai episcopi."
