König Ludwig [der Bayer] bestätigt den Bürgern von Mainz das von König Rudolf verliehene Privileg, dass nicht der königliche Hofrichter, sondern das Gericht der Stadt über sie richten soll. "Datum Moguncie nono Kal. Januarii indictione XIIIa, 1314, regni vero nostri anno primo".
