Ebenso gewinnt der Domvikar "Wetzelo" den dritten Bann über das Eckhaus zum Schekeler ("Scheckeier"), gegen das Haus "ad Barbam" [zum Bart] zu gelegen; das Haus zinst 1 Mark Kölner Pfennige St. Agnes zwischen Mariä Himmelfahrt und Geburt, 1 Schilling Mainzer Pfennige St. Viktor und 10 Heller St. Johannes. (Mit Eid besagt durch Richter Willekin.) 6 S.: Kämmerer, Schultheiß und Richter.
