Papst Innocenz IV. fordert alle Gläubigen auf, die Mainzer Minoriten, Minister und Brüder, in ihrem begonnenen Bau von Kirche und Gebäuden zu unterstützen und zu ihrem Lebensunterhalt beizutragen, wofür ein Ablaß von 40 Tagen gewährt wird. "Quoniam ut ait apostolus". "Datum Lugduni II. Non. Decembris pontificatus nostri anno septimo".
