Ebenso gewinnt St. Klara den dritten Bann über 2 Mark Kölner Pfennige Gült vom Steinhaus "of me Bruckeln, inter Smersnider" gelegen, fällig je zur Hälfte an Weihnachten und Johanni. (Mit Eid besagt durch Richter Nikolaus.)
