Ebenso gewinnen Hennekin "Minnelaf" u.s. Fr. Gisela ("Gyssela") den dritten Bann über ein Haus bei der Altmünsterpforte ("prope portam veteris monasterii") hinter der Schmiede, das 15 Schillinge Heller je zur Hälfte an Martini und Walburgis und 2 Kappen an Martini Altmünster gilt. Das Lichtrecht des Hauses und das alte Übergangsrecht "super rypam" werden urkundlich bekundet. (Mit Eid besagt durch Richter Scherplinus).
