Vor dem weltl. Richter Jakob übergibt "Dude" zur Kannen, als Schaffner von St. Agnes auf dem Dietmarkt ("of dem Ditmarte"), "Heinzen Brumser" u.s. Fr. "Alheit" zu Erbe das Haus zum "Resen", zu Selenhofen ("Selhofen"), oben an dem Neuenhof ("Nuwenhofe"), gegen 25 Schillinge "kolscher" Ewiggült (14 Schillinge fällig an Johanni B., 11 Schillinge an Johanni Ev.). Zeugen: Die Bürger "Foltze zum Rynwaden", "Cunrat Steckenrad", "Clas zum Ebersheimer", Gelman, Gelmans Sohn, und "Jekeln zu Saltzborg". "Actum 1351 feria quarta post Assumptionem beate Marie virginis".
