Abstract
1458 November 13 montag nach sant martins, den heyligen Bischoffsdag, viertzehenhundert funfftzig und achtt Iare
-Hans Ubier, Bürger der Stadt Speyer, verkauft vor dem Rat und dem Schultheiß von Speyer, Hartmudt Smydt, den beiden Bürgern der Stadt Speyer und Pflegern des Heiligen Geists, Claus Borlin und Marxen Hiltbrant, einen jährlichen Zins in Höhe von 1fl. von seinen drei Häusern; der Zins kann um 20fl. zurückgekauft werden.
