König Ludwig verleiht der Stadt Speyer, bis durch ihn oder seine Nachkommen die Ablösung durch 4000 Pfund erfolge, zu den bisherigen 300 Pfund weitere 100 Pfund Heller jährlich auf die Juden zu Speyer.
