Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Speyer bekennen, gegen Markgraf Bernhard von Baden keine seiner Untertanen zu Bürgern auf- und angenommen zu haben, die innerhalb eines Jahres von dessen Amtleuten als Leibeigene reklamiert wurden.
