Final concord made before the king's justices at Westminster, between the canons of St. Paul's and William of Buckland, by which the latter quitclaimed in favour of the canons all the right he and his heirs had in the manor of Kensworth [Beds.] and received from the canons sixty silver marks. Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westmonasterium die sabbati proxima ante ascensionem domini anno secundo regni regis Ricardi coram W Elyensi episcopo apostolice sedis legato et domini regis cancellario et Ricardo Londoniensi episcopo et Willelmo Mareschallo et Galfrido filio Petri et Rogero filio Reimfrid et Roberto de Witefeld et Simone de Pateshull[] et Simone de Kyma et Hugone Pypard[] et magistro Thoma de Husseburnia et Henrico de Wichenton et coram aliis baronibus et fidelibus domini regis ibidem tunc presentibus inter canonicos ecclesie sancti Pauli de Londonia tenentes et Willelmum de Bokeland petentem de manerio de Kenneswrth[] cum pertinenciis unde recognicio summonita fuit inter eos in curia domini regis ad recognoscendum utrum predictus Willelmus maius ius haberet tenere idem manerium ad feodifirmam pro centum solidis an canonici tenere in dominico suo scilicet quod prefatus Willelmus clamauit quietum totum clamium et ius quod dicebat se habere in predicto manerio de Keneswyrth cum pertinenciis de se et heredibus suis ecclesie Sancti Pauli et canonicis ibidem deo seruientibus inperpetuum Et pro hac quieta clamatione et hoc fine et concordia[] predicti canonici dederunt predicto Willelmo sexaginta libras argenti
