Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Willelmus filius Alulfi concessi et dimisi et presenti carta me confirmaui priori et conuentui ecclesie Sancti Petri de Westmonasterio totam illam terram meam cum caio ad eandem terram pertinente in parochia Sancte Marie de la Hulle inter terram que fuit Ricardi fili Oswanti et uenellam que est contra Billingesgate que est de feodo Henrici de Bohun que etiam terra continet in longitudine uersus predictam uenellam decem et octo ulnas et unam quarterum unius ulne de ulnis Iohannis Regis Anglie et in latitudine uersus Tamisiam quatuordecim ulnas et dimidiam quaterium unius ulne de predictis ulnis scilicet quicquid in illa terra et illo caio habui in ligno et lapide in longitudine et in latitudine et in rebus cuntis habend et tenend predictis priori et conuentui de me et de heredibus meis in feodo et hereditate libere quiete integre finabiliter reddendo inde annuatim michi et heredibus meis pro omnibus seruitiis et exactionibus et pro omnibus rebus duos solidos esterlingorum ad duos terminos anni scilicet infra octo dies Festi Sancti Michelis xij denarios et infra octabis Pasche xij denarios sine omni occasione et forisfactura Preterea ante sciendum est quod nec ego Willelmus predictus nec heredes mei poterimus hospitari aliquem hominem nec feminam qui hospitati fuerint ibidem per predictos priorem et conuentum causa me uel heredes meos siue aliquem alium hominem uel feminam ibidem hospitandi Hanc autem terram predictam cum edifitiis suis et cum caio ad eandem terram pertinente in longitudine et latitudine et in rebus cuntis ego Willelmus predictus et heredes mei finabiliter warantizabimus predictis priori et conuentui contra omnes homines et feminas et de omnibus seruitiis uersus seinuragios feodi finabiliter acquietabimus per predictum seruitium scilicet per duos solidos esterlingorum terminis statutis soluendos Pro hac igitur concessione et dimissione et warantizatione et acquietatione et presentis carte mee confirmatione predicti prior et conuentus dederunt mihi Willelmo prenominato viginti libras esterlingorum in gersummam et Petro filio meo dimidiam marcam Hiis testibus Henrico filio Ailwini tunc maiore London Rogero filio Alani Normanno Blundo draperio tunc uicecomite London Alano filio Petri Thoma de Hauerella Willelmo filio Sabeline Roberto filio Ricoldi
