Omnibus Christi fidelibus presens scriptum uisuris uel audituris frater Dauid dictus abbas et humilis conuentus sancte Osithe salutem in domino sempiternam Ad omnium notitiam uolumus peruenire quod cum dilecti fratres nostri prior et conuentus de Blybur in solutione quinquaginta solidorum nobis annuatim tenerentur nos ad illorum instantiam decem solidos relexauimus pro viij marcis quas nobis dederunt ita quod de cetero contenti erimus quadraginta solidis annuatim ad festum sancte Osithe nobis in perpetuum soluendis In cuius rei testimonium huic scripto cirographato ex una parte apponitur sigillum capituli nostri et ex altera sigillum commune predictorum fratrum nostrorum Datum apud sanctam Ositham in die sancte Agnetis secundo anno domini millesimo cc xlvi
