16. Final concord made in the king's court at Westminster before the justices named between Alan son of Picot and Hugh prior of Stoke by Clare, concerning seven acres of land and a messuage in Finchingfield and Bardfield, wherein Alan quitclaims to the prior and his successors all his right.
