18. Final concord made in the king's court at Westminster before the justices named between Hugh de Boughton and Basilia his wife and the prior of Stoke by Clare, concerning one carucate of land at Pitley, wherein Hugh and Basilia quitclaimed all right to the prior and his successors. In return the prior has given them one hundred shillings, and will pay twelve pence yearly. 16 April 1198.
