Grant and confirmation by Richard [de Capella], bishop of Hereford, to Reading Abbey and Abbot Hugh [I], of the church of Leominster with all its appurtenant parish, viz. of Broadward, Ach, Monkland, both Dilwyns, Luntley, Kinnersley, Woonton, both Sarnesfields, Titley, Hope [-under-Dinmore], Wharton, Newton, Gattertop, Stoke [Prior], both Hatfields, Risbury, Humber, Edvin [Ralph], Butterley, Broadfield, both Hamptons Ford, Hennor, Eaton, Hampton [Wafer], Stockton, Ashton[-in-Eye], Brimfield, Upton, Middleton, Drayton, Hamnish, While, Pudleston, Brockmanton, Forde [in Pudleston], Luston, Eye and Croft.
