584. Final concord in the king's court at Westminster, in an assize of mort d'ancestor, by which Abbot Hugh [II] and the convent of Reading conceded to Matilda of Kington and her sisters, Margery and Alice, and Robert de Turville and William of Bearley, husbands of Matilda and Margery, and their heirs 1 carucate of land and a wood in Claverdon, saving an annual rent of 6d from Ingram Bagot, which remained to the abbey, and saving the tenement of Agnes of Preston, which remained to her for life as dower; to be held of the abbey for an annual rent of 20s.
