Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Eyngelram[] de Betyn dedi et concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmaui Roberto Brand pro homagio et seruicio suo totam terram meam de Kyngeshulle de feodo de Wendouere cum omnibus pertinenciis suis in dominicis in seruicibus in redditibus in terris in bosco in plano in pratis in pascuis et pasturis in exitibus introitibus communis sectis curiarum et in omnibus rebus ad predictam terram pertinentibus Saluo iure et tenementis liberorum hominum qui fuerunt feodati ante de me et de antecessoribus meis habend et tenend dicto Roberto et heredibus suis tota hec predicta seruicia et tenementa cum omnibus pertinenciis suis et cum omnibus libertatibus et liberis consuetudinibus que ad predictum tenementum pertinent uel aliquo modo iure accidere possint et cum omne iure quod habui uel habere potui et quod michi uel heredibus meis descendere possit in hiis predictis seruiciis sectis curie et terris cum omnibus pertinenciis per aliquem modum iuris Reddendo inde michi annuatim et heredibus meis ipse et heredes sui predictis seruiciis et tenementis sex marcas argenti pro omnibus seruiciis sectis curiarum et omnibus demandis secularibus que ad me uel ad heredes meos possint pertinere Scilicet ad festum Sancte Marie in Marcio tres marcas et ad festum Sancti Michaelis tres marcas Et ego [...] Pro hac etc
