Final concord between Denis, abbot of Beaulieu (through Thomas of Bindon, his attorney), and Henry of Gwenter and his wife, Desiderata, where Henry acknowledges a messuage and a ferlingus of land in Gwenter to belong to the abbey, for payment of 10 marks.
