96. Final concord made in the king's court at Ipswich, before the itinerant justices named, in an assize of mort d'ancestor between Agnes Luve and prior Roger of Eye concerning 3 acres of land in Thornham (Parva). Agnes has quitclaimed all her rights in the land and in addition has surrendered and quitclaimed to the prior and his successors 4 acres of land which she holds in Thornham. Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis aput Gipewic[] in octabis Sancti Martini anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis nonodecimo coram Thoma de Multon[] Roberto de Lexinton[] Oliverio de Vallibus Ada filio Willelmi et Roberto de Bello campo iustic[iariis] itinerantibus et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Agnetem Luve petentem et Rogerum priorem de Eye tenentem de tribus acris terre cum pertinentiis in Thornham unde assisa mortis antecessorum summonita fuit inter eos in eadem curia scilicet quod predicta Agnes remisit et quietum clamavit de se et heredibus suis predicto priori et successoribus suis et ecclesie sue de Eya totum ius et clamium quod habuit in tota predicta terra cum pertinentiis et preterea reddidit et quietum clamavit eidem priori et successoribus suis quatuor acras terre cum pertinentiis quas ipsa tenuit in eadem villa inperpetuum Et pro hac remissione redditione quieta clamatione fine et concordia idem prior pro se et successoribus suis concessit predicte Agnete tota vita ipsius Agnetis tres quarteros ordei percipiendos annuatim aput Eye ad tres terminos scilicet unum quarterum ad festum Sancti Michaelis unum quarterum ad Natale et unum quarterum ad Pascha et post decessum ipsius Agnetis predictus prior et successores sui erunt quieti de solutione predicti bladi imperpetuum
