Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westm[] a die sancti Hillarii in xv dies anno regni regis Johannis xii coram ipso domino rege Simone de Patishulle Iacobo de Poterna Henrico de Ponte Audemere Roberto de Amar[] Rogero Huscarl[] iusticiariis et aliis fidelibus domini regis tunc ibi presentibus inter fratrem Emericum magistrum milicie Templi per fratrem Rogerum de Insula positum loco suo ad lucrandum vel perdendum et Petrum Talemacch[] de una virgata terre cum pert suis in Tetliswrth[] quam idem magister milicie Templi amiserat per assisam nove disseysine versus Auiciam matrem ipsius Petri per defectum ipsius Petri et unde placitum warantie carte summonitum fuit inter eos in eadem curia scilicet quod predictus Petrus concessit predicto fratri Emerico magistro milicie Templi triginta unam acras terre cum pert in Stokes scilicet in Chirchecroft iii acras propinquiores domui Iohannis Labur et in Hangindeland[] sex acras propinquiores ville de Stokes et in Haselden[] ii acras et in quarentena iuxta Withefeldingefeld octo acras que se extendunt ad viam de Leuekenor[] et in Middilforlongo unam acram propinquiorem terre Ricardi Hare et in quarentena que vocatur Fortenacres vi acras et in Flexforlongo tres acras et in Crisphull[] ii acras prati habend et tenend eidem fratri Emerico et successoribus suis de ipso Petro et heredibus suis in puram et perpetuam elemosinam libere et quiete ab omni seculari servicio tota vita predicte Auicie matris ipsius Petri et post decessum ipsius Auicie predicta virgata terre cum pert revertetur ad ipsum fratrem Emericum vel ad successores suos tenend de ipso Petro et heredibus suis in liberam et puram et perpetuam elemosinam quietam ab omni servicio seculari et predicte triginta acre et una terre cum pert revertentur ad ipsum Petrum vel ad heredes suos quietum de predicto magistro milicie Templi et successoribus suis in perpetuum
