Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Wintoniam die sancti Eadmundi anno regni regis Ricardi x coram domino g[odefrido] Wintoniensi episcopo Willemo Briewere Ricardo de Heriet Thoma de Husseburne iustitiis et aliis fidelibus domini regis ibidem tunc presentibus inter Aliciam et Cristianam sorores Petri de Cosham petentes et magistrum Rogerum tunc procuratorem Domus Dei de Sudhanton[] tenentem de quadraginta acris terre cum pertinentiis in Side in insula de Wict quas predicte Alicia et Cristiana petentes clamabant esse rationabilem partem suam de feodo dimidii militia in predicta villa quod fuit Petri de Cosham fratris earum unde placitum fuit inter eos in prefata curia scilicet quod predicta Alicia quietum clamavit de se et heredibus suis predicte Domui Dei totum ius et clamium suum quod habuit in predicta terra et pro hac quieta clamantia et concordia predictus Rogerus dedit predicte Alicie viginti solidos sterlingorum et ipsa Alicia debet habere singulis annis in vita sua in predicta Domo Dei unam tunicam qualem sorores eiusdem Domus habent et preterea predicta Alicia dedit et concessit pro salute anime sue et antecessorum suorum predicte Domui Dei unam acram terre de terra sua in Cosham proximam a la Rugedelle ex parte montis Et predicta Cristiana quietum clamavit de se et heredibus suis totum ius et clamium suum quod habuit in predicta terra predicte Domui Dei in perpetuum exceptis duabus acris terre que iacent iuxta mesuagium et curtilagium suum in Side que ei et heredibus suis de predicta Domo Dei libere et quiete tenend remanent et pro hiis duabus acris terre predicta Cristiana dedit et concessit predicte Domui Dei duas acras terre de terra sua in Cosham scilicet secundam et tertiam proximas a la Rugedelle ex parte montis habend et tenend in liberam elemosinam de se et de heredibus suis in perpetuum et pro hac concordia et quieta clamantia predictus Rogerus dedit predicte Cristiane sexdecim solidos sterlingorum
