Sciant presentes et futuri quod nos Jacobus prior et conventus de Daventre dedimus et hac presenti carta nostra confirmavimus Johanni filio Philippi Grece de Buckeby pro homagio et servicio suo ii acras terre in Buckeby illas scilicet quas idem Philippus Grece dedit nobis quarum una iacet in una parte campi videlicet in Grundichis et alia in altera parte campi sub Langebernwe tenend et habend de nobis et successoribus nostris sibi et heredibus suis libere et quiete et honorifice reddendo inde annuatim nobis et successoribus nostris de se et heredibus suis quatuor capones ad natale domini Et ut hec nostra donacio et confirmacio rata sit et stabilis presenti eam carta et sigillo nostro roboravimus Hiis testibus Ricardo Rynel de Buckeby Philippo Grece Simone Campion Nigello de Daventre et multis aliis
