Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westm[] in crastino Animarum anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis quadragesimo quarto coram Rogero de Thurkelby Gilberto de Preston[] et Johanne de Wyvill[] justic[] et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Willelmum de Bello Campo de Aumel[] querentem et Johannem de Hereford impedientem de uno mesuagio et duabus carucatis terre cum pertinenciis in Inteberge unde placitum warantie carte summonitum fuit inter eos in eadem curia Scilicet quod predictus Johannes recognovit predictum mesuagium et terram cum pertinenciis esse jus ipsius Willelmi ut illa que idem Willelmus habet de dono predicti Johannis Et pro hac recognitione fine et concordia idem Willelmus concessit predicto Johanni predicta mesuagium et terram cum pertinenciis habend et tenend eidem Johanni de predicto Willelmo et heredibus suis tota vita ipsius Johannis reddendo inde per annum unum spervarium sorum vel duos solidos ad festum beati Petri ad vincula pro omni servitio secta curie consuetudine et exactione Et predictus Willelmus et heredes sui warantizabunt acquietabunt et defendent eidem Johanni predicta mesuagium et terram cum pertinenciis per predictum servitium contra omnes homines tota vita ipsius Johannis Et preterea idem Willelmus concessit pro se et heredibus suis quod ipsi decetero invenient singulis annis predicto Johanni tota vita ipsius Johannis duas robas sicut aliis armigeris suis Et similiter quod invenient ei et duobus garconibus duobus caballis et duobus leporariis suis victum quotienscumque idem Johannes cum predicto Willelmo vel heredibus suis prehendinare voluerit Et post mortem ipsius Johannis idem Willelmus et heredes sui erunt quieti de solutione predictarum robarum et predicta mesuagium et terra cum pertinenciis integre revertentur ad predictum Willelmum et heredes suos quiete de heredibus predicti Johannis tenend de capitalibus dominis feodi illius per servitia que ad predicta mesuagium et terram pertinent imperpetuum
