Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westm[] a die sancti Hyllarii in tres septimanas anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis tricesimo primo coram Henrico de Bathona et Alano de Wadsand justic[] et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Johannem de Plesseto querentem et Willelmum Mauduyt et Aliciam uxorem eius inpeditiones de maneriis Warwyk Muton[] Weggenock Suttone Claverdon Tanewrth Breyles Cheddewrth[] et Lydeneye pertinentibus ad comitatum Warr[] unde Thomas frater Margerie uxoris eiusdem Johannis cuius heres ipsa est quondam fuit comes et unde placitum conventionis summonitum fuit inter eos in eadem curia Scilicet quod predicti Willelmus et Alicia concesserunt pro se et heredibus ipsius Alicie quantum ad ipsos pertinet quod si predicta Margeria uxor predicti Johannis obierit sine herede de corpore suo et corpore eiusdem Johannis procreato superstite dicto Johanne idem Johannes tota vita sua teneat omnia predicta maneria cum feodis militum servitiis librorum hominum serjantiis advocationibus ecclesiarum escaetis et cum omnibus aliis rebus ad predicta maneria pertinentibus et que eidem Margerie accidere possint jure hereditario Et similiter concesserunt quantum in eis est quod predictus Johannes inde sit comes tota vita sua Et pro hac concessione fine et concordia idem Johannes concessit quod ipse in vita ipsius Margerie vel post mortem ipsius Margerie si idem Johannes ipsam supervixerit de predictis maneriis cum pertinenciis vel de aliquibus aliis que eidem Margerie et que postea dictis Willelmo et Alicie accidere poterint jure hereditarie nichil dabit vendet invadiabit vel aliquo alio modo alienabit quominus predicta maneria cum omnibus pertinenciis suis si prolem de dicta Margeria non suscitaverit integre cum feodis militum servitiis librorum hominum serjantiis advocationibus ecclesiarum escaetis et omnibus aliis rebus que eidem Margerie accidere poterint sicut predictum est post decessum ipsius Johannis et predicte Margerie revertentur ad predictos Willelmum et Aliciam et heredes ipsius Alicie imperpetuum
