Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westm[] a die Pascha in unum mensem anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis xliij coram Rogero de Thurkelby Gilberto de Preston[] et Johanne de Wyvill[] justiciis et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Willelmum Maud[] de Hamslap[] querentem et Philipum de Leycestr[] et Isabellam uxorem eius inpedientes de xxxviij acris bosci cum pertinenciis in Egeton[] unde placitum warantie carte summonitum fuit inter eos in eadem curia scilicet quod predicti Philipus et Isabella recognoverunt predictum boscum cum pertinenciis esse jus ipsius Willelmi ut illum quem idem Willelmus habet de dono predictorum Philipi et Isabelle habend et tenend eidem Willelmo et heredibus suis de predictis Philipo et Isabella et heredibus ipsius Isabelle imperpetuum Reddendo inde annuatim unum denarium ad Pascham pro omni servitio secta curie consuetudine et exactione Et predicti Philipus et Isabella et heredes ipsius Isabelle warrantizabunt acquietabunt et defendent eidem Willelmo et heredibus suis predictum boscum cum pertinenciis per predictum servitium contra omnes homines imperpetuum Et pro hac recognitione warantia acquietantia defensione sive concordia idem Willelmus dedit predictis Philipo et Isabelle triginta et octo marcas argenti
