Omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quorum noticiam presens scriptum the peruenerit Thomas Feteplace de Oxonia salutem in domino sempiternam Nouerit universitas uestra me dedisse remisisse et omnino quietum clamasse magistro et fratribus Hospitalis sancti Iohannis extra portam orientalem Oxonie totum ius et clameum meum quod habui uel aliquo iure habere potui in tribus solidis annualis redditus quos percipere solebam de predictis magistro et fratribus predicti Hospitalis de una domo situata in Katistrete in parochia sancte Marie Oxonie inter terram abbatisse de Godestowe ex una parte et terram que fuit Radulfi Cutericch ex altera parte et in una placea cum pertinenciis situata in parochia sancti Petri in oriente in eadem villa que ante tenebatur de predictis magistro et fratribus in capite per seruicium sex denariorum per annum et vocabatur Maydenhalle inter terram prediciti Hospitalis ex una parte et terram Hugonis de Wedone ex altera parte habendos et tenendos predictos tres solidos annualis redditus et predictam placeam cum pertinenciis sicut pre dictum est predictis magistro et fratribus predicti Hospitalis de me et heredibus meis et meis assignatis in liberam puram et perpetuam elemosinam libere quiete bene et in pace ita quod ego nec heredes mei nec mei assignati nec aliquis per me vel pro me nec aliquis per ipsos vel pro ipsis aliquod ius vel clameum in predicto redditu nec in predicta placea de cetero exigere poterimus vel vendicare sed ab omni moda accione imperpetuum simus exclusi Et ut hec mea donacio remissio et quietaclamacio rata inuiolabilis et indeficiens omnibus cautelis postpositis semper perseueret ego predictus Thomas tactis sanctis ewangeliis huic scripto sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus Ricardo le Spicer tunc maiore Oxonie Ricardo Clerico Henrico de Lynne tunc balliuis Oxonie Roberto de Wermenhale Thoma de Heynxheye et multis aliis[]
