Quinto Idus Aprilis Anno Domini m ccc sexto comparuit coram nobis Dominus Johannes de Amcotes capellanus et petiit se admitti et personaliter installari ad illud beneficium ad quod fuerat alias admissus per procuratorem suum ut superius patet Nos vero capitulum memoratum audita petitione ipsius Johannis ipsum admisimus et personaliter fecimus installari ad beneficium memorandum Ad haec eidem Johanni humiliter supplicanti ut super non residentia sua ex certis causis usque ad certum tempus dispensare quatinus ad nos attinet dignaremur Nos usque festum Sancti Petri ad Vincula ut interim sibi necessaria provideat pro residentia personali et continua faciendi secundum ordinationem et statuta ecclesiae nostrae petitioni suae duximus annuendum
