Anno r r e[dwardi] filii regis h[enrici] xxx quarto ita conuenit inter dominum Henricum abbatem C et eiusdem loci conuentum ex parte una et Ricardum de Croupes dominum de Whytynton[] ex parte altera viz quod omnes homines eiusdem Ricardi dabunt eisdem abbati et conuentui et eorum successoribus inperpetuum annuatim ad visum de Bradel[] terminum s Martini tentum per balliuos eiusdem abbatis ii s de certo redditu et ad visum de Hockeday ii s et vi d de certo redditu Et predicti abbas et conuentus omnia regalia que pertinent ad predictos duos visus et eciam per totum annum de predictis hominibus habebunt sine aliqua contradictione predicti Ricardi et heredum suorum In cuius rei testimonium huic scripto indentato partes sigilla sua alternatim apposuerunt Hiis testibus Willelmo de Solers Johanne de Fonte de Foxcote Ricardo de Anneford[] Johanne atte Hasel[] Willelmo Crosson Ricardo Ondeby Roberto Sare de Compton[] et aliis
