Omnibus Christi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit Johannes de Londres et Matilda uxor sua salutem in Domino eternam Noverit universitas vestra nos concessisse Willelmo de Baudynton[] et heredibus suis vel assignatis pro nobis et heredibus nostris quod quiete bene et in pace de cetero teneat illa duo mesuagia cum omnibus pertinenciis de quibus placitum fuit inter nos in curia Cirencestr[] per breve de recto anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis quadragesimo quarto quorum unum mesuagium scitum est juxta mesuagium quondam Ricardi le Blakiere en Gosedich et alterum mesuagium juxta terram quondam Roberti le Seler en Schittestret[] reddendo inde annuatim nobis et heredibus nostris ipse et heredes sui quatuor solidos argenti ad quatuor anni terminos et cetera
