Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Margerie de Say legaui priori et conuentui Wigorn[] cum corpore meo pro salute anime domini Roberti de Mortuomar[] quondam domini mei et pro salute anime mee ad inueniendum unam lampadem ardentem in capitulo Wigorn[] in perpetuum annuum redditum v solidorum in Parua Coderugg[] percipiendum per manus Ricardi de Parua Coderugg[] et heredum suorum ad terminos constitutos et debitos de tenemento quod dictus Ricardus tenet in prefata Parua Coderugg[] saluis mihi et heredibus meis homagio releuio et aliis seruitiis suis mihi debitis Et quia uolo ut prefati prior et conuentus memoratum redditum percipiant et possideant ita libere et quiete sicut aliqua elemosina liberius et quietius haberi et possideri potest in perpetuum pro me et heredibus meis presenti scripto sigillum meum feci apponi Hiis testibus etc
