216. Final concord made in the king's court at Worcester by which Robert de Brasci, plaintiff, quitclaimed to Prior Randulf his rights in the prior's pasture and wood in Lippard (Leopard Grange in St. Martin's without Worcester) and the prior quitclaimed to Robert his rights in Robert's pasture of Warndon. For this quitclaim the prior gave Robert 1 mark of silver. The prior must not interfere with the access of Robert and his men to their pasture at Warndon and Trotshill (in Warndon). 19 August 1204.
