Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Radulfus de Sudinton[] consensu et assensu Juliane uxoris mee et heredum meorum dedi et concessi et de me et heredibus meis inperpetuum quietam clamaui deo et beate Marie et priori et conuentui Wigorn[] totam terram cum prefatis et omnibus aliis pertinenciis quam aliquando tenui apud Penhull[] de Aluredo de Penhull[] habend et tenend in perpetuum libere quiete et in pace cum omni jure quod in ea habui uel habere potui absque omni seruicio calangio et reclamatione mei uel heredum meorum seu alicuius nomine meo Ita quod nec ego nec alius nomine meo sicut predictum est aliquid in dicta terra uel eius pertinentiis de cetero exigere possimus Et ut hec omnia perpetue firmitatis robur optineant ea presenti scripto et sigilli mei impressione roboraui Hiis testibus domino Rogero le Poher etc
