294. Final concord made in the king's court at Worcester following an assize of mort d'ancestor brought by Christine of Knighton-on-Teme against Prior William concerning a quarter of 1 virgate and 9 acres. Christine quitclaimed her rights therein to the prior who undertook to give her 3 cronnocks of corn annually at Worcester during her lifetime. 3 June 1230. Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Wigorn[] in crastino sancte Trinitatis anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis quartodecimo coram Radulfo Cycestr[] episcopo domini regis cancellario Stephano de Segraue Willelmo de London[] Willelmo de Stuteuill[] Radulfo de Sulegh[] justic[] domini regis et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Cristianam de Knihteton[] petentem et Willelmum priorem Wigorn[] tenentem de quarta parte unius virgate et nouem acrarum terre cum pertinentiis in Knihteton[] unde assisa mortis antecessoris summonita fuit inter eos in prefata curia Scilicet quod predicta Cristiana remisit et quietum clamauit de se et heredibus suis predicto priori et successoribus suis et ecclesie sue Wigorn[] totum jus et clamium quod habuit in tota predicta terra cum pertinentiis inperpetuum Et pro hac remissione quieta clamatione fine et concordia predictus prior et successores sui dabunt singulis annis predicte Cristiane tria crannoca frumenti percipienda apud Wigorn[] tota uita ipsius Cristiane Scilicet ad festum sancti Johannis Baptiste unum crannocum et ad festum sancti Michaelis unum crannocum et ad Natale domini unum crannocum Et post decessum ipsius Cristiane predictus prior et successores sui priores quieti erunt de predictis tribus crannocis frumenti uersus heredes ipsius Cristiane
