472. Restoration by William de Beauchamp of Elmley (Elmley Castle) to the prior and monks of the land in Bredon concerning which there was litigation before the itinerant justices at Worcester 33 Henry III (1248-9), saving to himself and his men of Elmley and Kersoe common of herbage and the right of himself and his heirs to take stone from the quarries therein. William also grants to the prior and monks the service from the land which Clement Thorekil once held of the prior in his manor of Netherton. 1248-9.
