Ego Stephanus Dei gratia Britannorum comes concedo ecclesie Christi martyris Sergii et Bachi sanctique Brioci decimam integre quam fratres mei et antecessores ante me donauerunt eidem ecclesie in Anglia uidelicet in ecclesiis in decimis in terris in pratis et in omnibus omnino rebus quas monachi ipsius ecclesie sub fratribus meis possiderunt Hec uolo ut quiete habeant et teneant Atque ex mea parte adiungo huic elemosine decimam molendinorum meorum que sunt in Cantabrigia et piscaturas de Swauesey et terram illam que est ante portam eorum Horum omnium donum et confirmationem feci apud Lamballum per manum abbatis Galteri qui ibi meam presentiam adierat et de beneficio sue ecclesie me requisiuit et post mortem meam tantum pro me fieri quantum pro monacho professo concessit Acta sunt hec apud Lamballum tertio calendas Nouembris anno ab incarnatione Domini [mcvii]
