Hec composicio facta est inter domum de Furneis et domum de Sallay super vicinitate grangiarum de Winterburn[] et Staintona scilicet quod abbas et conventus de Salleia per hoc scriptum concesserunt monachis de Furnes[] pacificam possessionem de omnibus terris quas habent circa grangiam suam de Winterburn scilicet infra divisas quas habuerunt anno gracie m ducentesimo nono decimo ita tamen quod monachi de Furnes de cetero non capient nec tenebunt aliquam terram vel pasturam prope abbaciam vel grangias de Sallai infra terminos in ordine constitutos nisi de licencia et permissione monachorum de Salleya
