Omnibus hoc scriptum visuris vel audituris Willelmus de Tabbelei eternam in Domino salutem Noverit universitas vestra me confirmasse et quietum clamasse de me et heredibus meis vel assignatis meis Deo et domui de Sallai et monachis ibidem Deo famulantibus totum jus et clamium quod unquam habui vel habere potui in totam illam quartam partem Haie de Boultona quam dedit et incartulavit michi Thomas filius Matilde de Goldesboruh cum omnibus appendiciis et libertatibus ad predictam Haiam spectantibus prout plenius continetur in carta quam inde habeo ita scilicet quod nec ego Willelmus nec aliquis vel heres vel assignatus meus nec aliquis per nos jus vel clamium accionem vel demandam in predicta Haia aliquando vendicare vel exigere poterimus inperpetuum sed meipsum de dicta Haia et omnibus ejus appendiciis penitus demitto et funditus inperpetuum renuncio Ad cujus rei firmam et stabilem roboracionem presenti scripto sigillum meum apposui His testibus Domino Henrico de Setel domino Johanne de Cauncefelde domino Ricardo filio ejus domino J de Alta Ripa et aliis
