Haec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis die Jovis proxima post festum Sancti Martini anno regni regis Ricardi septimo coram Huberto Cantuariensi archiepiscopo et Gilberto Roffensi et Ricardo Londoniensi episcopis Willelmo de Sanctae Mariae Ecclesia magistro Willelmo de Chinnill Radulfo Hereford Ricardo Helyensi archidiacono Willelmo de Warenne Osberto filio Hervei Ricardo de Herierd Symone de Pateshull magistro Thoma de Husseburne et aliis baronibus [et] fidelibus domini regis ibidem tunc praesentibus inter Herbertum Sarum episcopum petentem et Willelmum Nigelli tenentem de una virgata terrae et uno prato et uno molendino in manerio de Poterna quae idem episcopus clamavit esse de dominico suo et unde placitum fuit inter eas in curia domini regis scilicet quod praedictus Willelmus Nigelli recognovit praedictam virgatam et pratum et molendinum esse jus et de dominio ecclesiae Sarum et praedicti episcopi et ea praedicto episcopo et successoribus suis reddidit et quietum clamavit de se et haeredibus suis in perpetuum Cartas et omnia munimenta quae inde habet et habuit reddidit et pro hac recognitione et quieta clamantia praedictus episcopus dedit praedicto Willelmo Nigelli decem marcas argenti
