Haec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Westmonasterium a die Sancti Michaelis in tres septimanas anno regni regis Johannis quarto coram Galfrido filio Petri Ricardo de Her[iot] magistro Galfrido de Insula Waltero de Creping justitiariis et aliis baronibus domini regis tunc ibi praesentibus inter Herbertum episcopum Sarum petentem et Helyam clericum et Rogerum fratrem suum filios et[]haeredes Stephani de Tirell tenentes de una hyda terrae cum pertinentiis in Alwollestone et de una hyda terrae cum pertinentiis in Millehale unde placitum fuit inter eos in praefata curia scilicet quod praedicti Elyas et Rogerus recognoverant illas praedictas duas hydas terras cum pertinentiis esse jus ejusdem episcopi et successorum suorum et ecclesiae de Sarum et eas quietas clamaverunt praedicto episcopo et successoribus suis de se et haeredibus eorum in perpetuum [et pro hac recognitione et quieta clamantia et fine et concordis praedictus episcopus dedit praedicto Rogero et haeredibus quinque hydas terrae cum pertinentiis [in] Chilcumtone tenend de se et successoribus suis in perpetuum] per servitium unius militis inde faciendum pro omni servitio et praeterea idem episcopus dedit praedictis Elysa et Rogero xxx marcas argenti et idem episcopus acquietabit ipsos Elyam et Rogerum de x marcis et dimidia ad scaccarium domini regis de debito Stephani Tirell patris eorum
