Omnibus Christi fidelibus praesentes literas inspecturis vel audituris r[obertus de Wykehampton] decanus et capitulum Sarum salutem in Domino sempiternam Noverit universitas vestra quod nos volumus et concedimus pro nobis et successoribus nostris quod venerabilis pater noster dominus aegidius Dei gratia Sarum episcopus et successores sui vicariam ecclesiae nostrae de Werministre quotienscunque ipsam vicariam vacare contigerit absque contradictione seu requisitione nostri vel successorum nostrorum libere possint conferre in perpetuum Ita tamen quod taxatio dictae vicariae prius habita perpetuam obtineat firmitatem et nullo modo in praejudicium nostri recipiat incrementum In cujus rei testimonium praesentibus literis sigillum nostrum commune duximus apponendum Datum Sarum in capitulo nostro die Veneris in septimana Paschae anno gratiae m cc lix
