Omnibus etc Robertus filius Willelmi Therwest in Tith[] salutem in domino Noveritis me concessisse et ad firmam dimisisse viris religiosis dominis meis priori et conventui de Thurg[] unam rodam prati cujus una medietas jacet in pratis de Tith[] et Wiverton[] biforn Wetholmheved[] in Tith[] hundredo inter pratum prioris de Thurg[] ex parte orientali et pratum domini Rogeri le Brete[] ex parte occidentali et abuttat super pratum Willelmi Cole et alia medietas jacet in dicto loco inter pratum Hugonis de Tith[] ex parte orientali et pratum cujusdam mulieris dicte Lefflette ex parte occidentali et abuttat super pratum dicti prioris et Willelmi Cole de Tith[] tenend et habend de me et heredibus meis sibi et successoribus suis a festo sancti Michaelis anno domini millesimo trecentesimo septimo usque ad terminum xl annorum proximo subsequentorum plenarie completorum Et ego vero et heredes mei dictum pratum dictis religiosis usque ad predictum terminum warantizabimus etc
