Omnibus etc Gerardus de Fanecurt miles salutem in domino sempiternam Noverit universitas vestra me dedisse concessisse et hac presenti carta mea confirmasse Deo et ecclesie beati Petri de Thurg[] et canonicis ibidem Deo servientibus capitale mesuagium meum cum toto dominico Homagia eciam et servicia omnium de me liberorum tenencium cum wardis releviis et escaetis nativos eciam et coterellos meos cum catallis et eorum sequelis terris et tenementis que quondam iidem nativi et coterelli in villenagio de me tenuerunt Moldendinum eciam ad ventum cum secta pratum eciam et boscum vivaria et totum dominium et tenementum quondam habui in villis de Hickeling et de Kinalton[] sine aliquo retenemento cum omnibus suis pertinenciis pasturis comunis liberis introitibus et exitibus et omnimodis aliis libertatibus et aisiamentis infra villas de Hickeling et de Kinalton[] prefato tenemento pertinentibus excepto homagio et servicio Clementis de Seleby tenend et habend sibi et successoribus suis de me et heredibus meis in liberam puram et perpetuam elemosinam inperpetuum Et ego dictus Gerardus et heredes mei totum predictum tenementum et dominium cum omnibus suis pertinenciis ut supradictum est contra omnes gentes tam judeos quam Christianos warantizabimus acquietabimus et in omnibus inperpetuum defendemus In cujus rei testimonium huic presenti scripto sigillum meum apposui Et insuper omnia instrumenta que de dicto tenemento unquam habui eisdem canonicis tradidi et plene deliberavi
