Sciant presentes et futuri quod ego Henricus filius Thome de Esseburne nepos et heres domini Roberti de Esseburne concessi et inperpetuum quietum clamavi pro me et heredibus meis priori et conventui Tuttesbir[] totum jus et clameum quod habui vel habere potui quacumque occasione nomine passagii petendi seu capiendi ad pontem seu in villa de Dubbrig[] vel alibi in territorio ejusdem ville ita quod nec ego nec aliquis heredum seu successorum meorum aliquid juris vel clamei nomine dicti passagii exigemus vel exigere possimus in predictis locis inperpetuum Et ut hec mea concessio et quieta clamacio robur firmitatis obtineat inperpetuum huic presenti scripto sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus Dat[] apud Edolmiston mense Junii die sanctorum Gervasii et Prothasii anno domini m cc l octavo
