Sciant tam presentes quam futuri quod ego Robertus filius magistri Ricardi de Dubbrig[] dedi concessi et hac presenti carta mea confirmavi Johanni vicario ecclesie de Esseburne pro homagio et servicio suo totam terram meam cum edificiis et bosco et cum omnibus aliis pertinenciis suis quam tenui de priore de Tuttesbir[] et ejusdem loci conventu in feudo de Edolmiston[] totam scilicet terram illam que fuit Rogeri de Luttilwode cum illa parte terre et nemoris que est inter terram que fuit Rogeri predicti et inter campos de Edolmiston[] versus villam sicut fossatum vadit quod dictus magister Ricardus fecit et decem et octo acras et dimidiam cum bosco super eandem terram crescente in loco qui dicitur Fernileye in bosco de Birchwode tenend et habend dicto Johanni et heredibus suis sive assignatis et eorum heredibus de predictis priore et conventu in feodo et hereditate libere quiete integre et solute cum omnibus libertatibus liberis communis et aisiamentis ad predictos terram et boscum pertinentibus reddendo inde annuatim predictis priori et conventui de Tuttebur[] quatuor solidos et sex denarios sterlingorum scilicet viginti et septem denarios ad festum nativitatis beati Johannis Baptiste et viginti et septem denarios ad festum nativitatis domini pro omni servicio et seculari exaccione Ego vero predictus Robertus et heredes mei predictos terram et boscum cum omnibus pertinenciis suis predicto Johanni et heredibus suis sive assignatis et eorum heredibus contra omnes homines inperpetuum warantizabimus In cujus rei testimonium presenti carte sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus etc Act[] die sancti Dunstani episcopi anno gracie millesimo cc quinquagesimo tercio
