They also have granted to the Priory all their rights in the lands and tenements held from them in Hatton by Juliana, widow of Walter de Montgomery. (4 September 1230). Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis apud Notingham die Mercurii proxima post festum sancti Egidii anno regni regis Henrici filii regis Johannis xiiii coram Radulfo Cicestr[] episcopo et domini regis cancellario Stephano de Segrave Roberto de Lexinton[] Willelmo Basset justiciis et aliis domini regis fidelibus tunc ibi presentibus inter Nicholaum prior de Tuttebur[] querentem et Johannem filium Bartholomei et Emelinam uxorem ejus impedientes de quatuor bovatis terre et de tercia parte duarum bovatarum terre et de duabus denariis et tribus obulatis redditus cum pertinenciis in Hatton[] unde placitum warancie carte summonitum fuit inter eos in eadem curia scilicet quod predicti Johannes et Emelina recognoverunt totam predictam terram et redditum cum pertinenciis esse jus ipsius prioris et ecclesie sue de Tuttebur[] habend et tenend ipsi priori et successoribus suis et ecclesie sue de Tuttebur[] de predictis Johanne et Emelina et heredibus ipsius Emeline in puram et perpetuam elemosinam et idem prior suscepit predictos Johannem et Emelinam et heredes eorum in singulis beneficiis et oracionibus que de cetero fient in ecclesia sua de Tutbur[] Et preterea sciendum est quod predicti Johannes et Emelina concesserunt predicto priori et successoribus suis et ecclesie sue de Tuttebur[] totum jus quod habuerunt vel quod possent eis accedere de omnibus terris et tenementis que Juliana que fuit uxor Walteri de Mongomeri tenuit de eis in Hatton[] post decessum ipsius Juliane ut in dominicis et serviciis et omnibus aliis
