Reinerus dei gratia episcopus de Sancto Asaph universis sancte matris ecclesie filiis tam presentibus quam futuris salutem in domino Universitati vestre notum fieri volumus nos concessisse et dedisse ecclesie Sancti Johannis Evangeliste de Haghmon[] et canonicis ibidem deo servientibus in perpetuam elemosinam capellam de Knokin cum omnibus libertatibus et pertinentiis suis iure perpetuo possidendam et in usus proprios ad fratrum et pauperum sustentacionem et hospitum recepcionem imperpetuum retinendam ad perpetuam concessionem Radulfi Extranei domini fundi et Radulfum[] Abbatem de Haghmon[] vice ecclesie sue in eadem capella investivimus salva pencione xii d matrici ecclesie de Kinardleg annuatim inde solvenda Hiis testibus Willelmo filio Alani Johanne Extraneo Hamone fratre eius
