Matilda de Vallibus domina Gillesland[] omnibus ballivis prepositis et aliis probis hominibus suis salutem in Domino Precipimus vobis ut de vaccariis nostris fenis et ceteris omnibus decimandis que habemus infra parochiam ecclesie de Lanrecost[] plene et fideliter eidem ecclesie de Lanrecost[] decimam persolvatis secundum consuetudinem parochie temporibus anni usitatis Et volumus quod quicquid juste et rationabiliter pro decimis nostris dicte ecclesie solveritis in compotis vestris totaliter vobis et plene coram compoti auditoribus allocetur Sigillo nostro presentibus apposito in testimonium premissorum Datum apud Bellum Solacium in Fulewode anno Domini m cc lxxx septimo
