257 Alexander, son of Roger son of Baldwin, quitclaims any right by inheritance in seven acres of land [now Courtholme, Walton] which the Priory has by his grant (no. 140), between the ancient wall, the road from Walton to Walton Wood, the water of Byres, and the boundary between Alexander's land and Walton Wood.
